My Medical Practice is located on Gozzard Street in Gungahlin ACT. Our practice is open Monday to Friday and some Saturdays and is easily accessible with onsite parking.
We have a team of friendly and experienced male and female GPs available for your consultation, and you are welcome to choose your preferred doctor when booking your appointment. If you are in need of urgent care and your preferred GP is unavailable, one of our other doctors will gladly assist you.

Our doctors are highly qualified and compassionate medical professionals, specialising in a range of health care areas and disciplines. All of our doctors work closely together to deliver the highest quality of care to all of our patients.


Dr Moosa is a highly experienced General Practitioner with 17 years in clinical practice, including over five years in Australia. He provides comprehensive, patient‑centred care with special expertise in skin cancer medicine, minor surgery, and aesthetic treatments.
He has advanced training in skin cancer detection and performs complex procedures such as flaps and grafts, particularly in cosmetically sensitive areas of the face. His surgical skills also include cyst and lipoma removal, ingrown toenail repair, scar treatment, and hair‑loss therapies. Dr Moosa also offers aesthetic services including anti‑wrinkle injections and dermal fillers to support natural, healthy‑looking skin.

Dr Mahi has 7 Years of experience 5 years in general practices and 2 years in hospital. Dr Mahi has the Fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Dr Mahi Bulk bills all patient for general consultations.


Dr DeVilliers is passionate about the holistic approach to medical care. His sincere empathy for Veterans comes from having served in the South African Military Medical Services as a full-time medical officer and a member of the Reserve Corps until I resigned in 2006 with the rank of Captain he moved to Australia in 2008 and has been working as a GP since.


Dr Faraz Mohammadi is an experienced and caring General Practitioner with over six years of clinical experience. He provides patient-centred, family-focused care with genuine warmth and attention.
Graduating from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences (Tehran), one of Iran’s leading medical schools, Dr Mohammadi brings strong clinical skills and a culturally sensitive approach that helps patients feel comfortable and understood.
He welcomes patients of all backgrounds and is especially known among the Iranian and Persian-speaking community for his clear communication and trust-building manner.

Dr Soni is a passionate and reliable medical practitioner with over three years of clinical experience. She completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Kathmandu University in Nepal in 2016 and has since worked extensively in general practice across Nepal.
Dr Soni has a keen interest in all aspects of general and family medicine, with particular focus on child health and women’s health. She is committed to delivering patient-centred care and takes a holistic approach to supporting the physical and emotional wellbeing of her patients.
Outside of medicine, Dr Soni enjoys yoga, reading, and travelling, which she finds helps her maintain balance and mindfulness in both her personal and professional life.


Dr Altaf has the Fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She has been practicing in Australia since 2015. She started working in a small rural QLD hospital where she learned a lot about Australian health system. Since then she has been providing excellent health care to people in need. Dr Altaf has always been passionate about women's health & performs Mirena insertion and removal along with all other types of consultations.
When not working, she likes to spend time with her family.

Dr Sarah Tayyab is a compassionate and dedicated Medical Practitioner who provides patient-centred, evidence-based care to individuals and families. She completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 2017 at Chengde Medical University, China.
Dr Sarah has a strong interest in general medicine, family medicine, women’s health, and children’s health. She enjoys working with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds and has experience in Australian general practice settings, with a good understanding of local healthcare systems.
Known for her calm and empathetic approach, Dr Sarah places great importance on clear communication and shared decision-making. She takes the time to understand each patient’s individual concerns and is committed to supporting both their physical and emotional wellbeing.
Dr Sarah speaks fluent English and Urdu, and understands Punjabi and Hindi, which allows her to effectively support patients from a wide range of backgrounds.


Dr Ade graduated from the University of Benin, Edo State, Nigeria in 2003.
She became a fellow of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria in Family Medicine in 2015 before proceeding to the United Kingdom with her family. She did some years of postgraduate general practice training in the United Kingdom and has a lot of general practice experience both in Nigeria and the UK. She also has some years of experience working in hospital posts in the UK. She is a good communicator with significant emphasis on patient-centred approach to patient care ensuring these guide decisions for clinical management.


Dr Yogeetha graduated from JNMC University in India in 2010. She then became a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners(FRACGP). She is well regarded by her patients, many of whom have been with her for years.
Other than English she can communicate in Malay and Tamil. Patients who needs an iterpreter service, please contact our recpetion to schedule it along with your appoitnment.
Before practicing in Australia she has worked in India & Malaysia. Dr Yogeetha is sensitive and perceptive, and her patients greatly value her care.
She provides medical advice and personalized care through consultations only. She does not perform any procedures.


Podiatry – Meet Ananya
Ananya brings over 10 years of experience in treating both paediatric and adult biomechanical conditions. Growing up in Adelaide and graduating from Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, she later completed a Masters in Public Health in 2019, which sparked her passion for health policy. Today, she balances policy development with hands‑on clinical care.

AFTER HOURS:
For medical care outside our standard consulting hours, patients may contact 13SICK on 13 74 25 or visit 13sick.com.au.
After-hours services operate from 6:00pm–8:00am weekdays, from 12:00pm Saturdays, and all day Sunday and public holidays. Patients are able to request that a clinical report from their 13SICK consultation be forwarded to our practice to support ongoing, coordinated and continuous care.
In the case of an emergency, please present to your nearest hospital or dial 000. For non-urgent cases, please call us during normal business hours on .
We also check our emails throughout the day and will endeavour to respond to your queries at the earliest possible convenience.
